Isolating an Operator Level

An Operator Level cannot be deleted if it is used by

one or more Operator definitions. Use the Isolate

function to determine which operators are assigned

to the selected Operator Level, and to reassign those

users to other levels.

When attempting to delete an Operator Level that

needs to be isolated, the following prompt is

Click OK to return to the Operator Level list and

isolate the level.

Viewing and Reassigning Operators Assigned to

an Operator Level

1 Select the Operator Level you wish to isolate

from the Operator Level database window.

2 Click Isolate. The Isolate window is displayed

(next illustration), containing a list of all opera-

tors assigned to the selected operator level.
